Physical or Emotional: which is more important?

Reality wraps around how we feel!

Welcome back to the Dream With Dan blog!!

The following comes from a podcast interview that I did, with the amazing Dr. Heather Clark, ParmD. This question was so great (in both senses of the word) that it required its own blog!

So, without further ado:

“So should we focus more on the emotional ties, than the physical items themselves?”

Dr. Heather

Well it’s all about training. The first phase of my teaching, is to get people manifesting and understanding how to really choose, consciously. Once I’ve gotten people to this stage, I move on to Alchemic Life Creation which is another of my best-selling books. What this says is that the universe responds, based on the signal that we put out, based on who and what we are in the moment.

Reality wraps around how we feel” – I use this phrase to explain that, basically; all of the universe’s energy collapses in and forms our world, based on what we expect to be there, moment to moment. This is why I train people to really drill down and focus on details, because I want them to be able to recognise it when it shows up for them! Vagaries ain’t gonna cut it, because they won’t be recognisable and they won’t support you.

The reason we start with physical items is because that’s usually the easiest first step for most people. Once they can manifest the things that they can touch, taste, see in the physical realm, then the real work begins.

I’m sure we all know people who decry the pursuit of material things, who claim that money is the route of all evil etc… The reality is though that we exist in a world where the collective agreement involves currency, and you have to pay the bills!

I usually find that the people who say that don’t have any money, or the capacity to create money. All their moral grandstanding is in reality, is just an excuse for their own perceived shortcomings. Why “perceived”? Well if they truly felt that way, they wouldn’t feel the need to point fingers would they? But anyway: I digress!

Since we live in a world that involves money; if you want to express yourself and have choice in your life, in the world as it exists today (this could change tomorrow, but we’re not there yet) then you need money.

BUT…

No, it’s not the money that really matters. It’s who we are with, or even without it, that really matters. The reality is though, in order to exercise more choice we need the amount of monetary freedom that, that requires.

“What roll would you say ‘judgement’ plays in all this?”

Dr. Heather

Well this brings me round to “Energy Traps”. There’s a lot more to unpack around this, about the collective agreement of time, but suffice it to say: these are anything that pull us out of the ‘now’.

These usually take the form of some kind of trauma that pulls us into the past, or some level of anxiety around the future. These can even be positive in nature, so you might be nostalgic to the point that it keeps you from enjoying the present moment, or you could be so damn excited about what’s to come, that you forget to take action now!

The present is the only space we have, in which to take action and direct our future. If we allow ourselves to be pulled out of it, even for positive reasons; we are no longer consciously choosing our future.

Judgement for me, is one of those traps. Shame is another one. Guilt, blame these are all energetic pulls, that take you out of the present. They are also often what I would describe as ‘cover-ups’. Judgment is definitely one that falls into that category.

Homophobia is an example I use to illustrate this, in that it’s usually the most homophobic people who have the most inner-turmoil and/or confusion around their own sexuality. That’s just a personal opinion, of course, you’re free to disagree.

However you slice it though, judgement is just a way of externalising our own struggles and it keeps us from creating in the present.
